Accessing the Movements Page #
To manage movements, follow these steps:
- Log in to your WordPress dashboard.
- Go to the Warehouses
- Click Manage
- Click on the “Movements” tab.
Understanding the Movements Page #
The movements page displays a list of all movements within your warehouse. Each entry provides detailed information about the movement, including the movement ID, created date, reference number, type, status, and actions that can be performed.

Managing Movements #
Viewing Movement Details #
To view the details of a movement:
- Click on the Eye Icon: Next to the movement ID, click on the eye icon to view detailed information about the movement.
This will bring up a detailed view of the movement, including information such as:
- Pallet ID: The unique identifier for each pallet.
- From: The origin of the pallet.
- To: The destination bin for the pallet.
- Product Name: The name of the product.
- Units: The number of units.
- Batch: The batch number.
- Expiry Date: The expiry date of the product.
- Created By: The user who created the movement.
Completing a Movement #
To complete a movement:
- Click on the Check Icon: In the actions column, click on the check icon to mark the movement as complete.
- Confirm Completion: Ensure all necessary tasks related to the movement are completed before marking it as complete.
Canceling a Movement #
To cancel a movement:
- Click on the Cancel Movement Button: In the movement details view, click on the “Cancel Movement” button.
- Provide a Reason: Enter a reason for canceling the movement.
- Confirm Cancellation: Confirm the cancellation action to mark the movement as canceled.
Printing Labels and Put-Away Lists #
- Labels: Click on the “Labels” button to generate labels for the pallets. These labels can be printed and affixed to the pallets for easy identification.
- View Put-Away List: Click on the “View Put-Away List” button to generate a put-away list. This list can be printed and given to a forklift driver to guide them in placing the stock in the correct locations.
