The Stats tab in the WP Racks plugin provides a comprehensive overview of your warehouse’s performance and inventory status. This feature includes various visual representations and metrics that help you monitor current product breakdowns, warehouse capacity, and goods movement. Accessing the Stats Tab #
To access the stats and analytics for your warehouse, follow these steps:
- Log in to your WordPress dashboard.
- Go to the Warehouses
- Click Manage
- Click on the “Stats” tab.
Understanding the Stats Page #
The Stats page provides key insights into your warehouse operations. It includes the following sections:
- Current Product Breakdown
- Current Warehouse Capacity
- Goods Movement
Current Product Breakdown #
The Current Product Breakdown section displays a pie chart showing the proportion of different products in your warehouse. Each segment of the pie chart represents a specific product, making it easy to see which items occupy the most space.

This visual representation helps you understand the distribution of your inventory at a glance.
Current Warehouse Capacity #
The Current Warehouse Capacity section provides an overview of how much of your warehouse is currently in use. This includes:
- Total Bins: The total number of bins available in your warehouse.
- Capacity Usage: A percentage indicating the current usage of warehouse capacity.
- Bin Status Bar: A bar showing the number of bins that are filled, reserved, or empty.

- Filled/Reserved Bins: 310
This section helps you monitor the available space and plan for incoming inventory.
Goods Movement #
The Goods Movement section displays a bar chart that tracks the movement of goods over the last 28 days. It includes:
- Incoming Goods: The number of goods received into the warehouse.
- Outgoing Goods: The number of goods dispatched from the warehouse.
- Internal Movements: The number of goods moved internally within the warehouse.

- Outgoing: 450
- Internal: 50
This chart provides insights into the flow of inventory, helping you identify trends and adjust your operations accordingly.
